At Glitchbarrow, we strive to deliver your tech products safely and promptly across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard UK Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over £50. A flat rate of £3.99 applies to orders under £50.

Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days): £6.99 flat rate.
You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number once your order has dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items include personalized products or items sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@glitchbarrow.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated UK return address.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
